ABOUT

I am an 18-year-old artist living in Bedford, Texas. This fall, I will be attending the Cooper Union School of Art in New York City where I intend on further improving my technical skill in painting and drawing as well as explore other mediums. I am striving to create art that displays topics I find important in a more nuanced way - while retaining my very literal and representational style. Art impacts every day of my life, as it is the vessel in which I can travel to whatever place I want and to whatever feeling or emotion I want to express to others. With painting, as in literature, music, or film, there is an intimate collaboration between the artist and the audience to which I am inexorably drawn and want to spend my life exploring.
